WHISPERING HILLS ESTATES
Our neighborhood is located next to beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin, just outside of Pittsburg, Texas.
The Whispering Hills Estates Property Owners Association (WHEPOA) was established for the purpose of maintaining the high quality of life and property values we have all grown to expect.
The Association, through the efforts of its' members and Board of Directors, has four responsibilities:
- Enforce the property covenants, especially with regard to architectural issues
- Maintain the association-owned common areas of the development
- Collect and manage Association dues
- Provide services the membership wishes to fund
