Our neighborhood is located next to beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin, just outside of Pittsburg, Texas.
The Whispering Hills Estates Property Owners Association (WHEPOA) was established for the purpose of maintaining the high quality of life and property values we have all grown to expect.
The Association, through the efforts of its' members and Board of Directors, has four responsibilities:

About the Covenants:
The Covenants which govern Whispering Hills Estates are the "Sixth Amended Restrictive Covenants" filed in Camp County on April 26, 1989 in Vol. 247, Page 480. An accurate reproduction of these covenants is provided here for the convenience and readability of our membership. However, it is a CERTIFIED photocopy of the original. An "official" copy may be obtained from the Camp County Clerk in Pittsburg, Texas.
About the Bylaws:
The Board of Directors operates under the rules contained in the Bylaws of the Association. Our latest official/ratified revision is dated April 8th, 2008.
