This site is designed to work seamlessly on both computers and mobile devices. However, there a few things that appear differently in each scenario -- namely, finding the MENU.
The top-level MENU -- to locate:
- On a computer: Appears as a toolbar across the top of every page, with the main items in a horizontal list.
- On a mobile device: In the upper-left corner, locate the 3 bars, nicknamed the "hamburger", and touch that. The MENU will appear with the main items in a vertical list.
